Industrial joystick controller features high precision conductive plastic potentiometers on all axes. Z axis features a spring return to center, see-saw type potentiometer for smooth finger control. Ideal for three dimensional coordinate control and suitable for  industrial applications. Z axis see-saw potentiometer can be made to spring return to one end versus center.
