The
MF10 and MFA10 series turns counting dials incorporate a
patented flexible coupling between the shaft of the
potentiometer and the dial as shown in the diagram.
Irregular rotation and non-uniform rotational torque
problems due to misalignment of the dial and potentiometer
shaft are eliminated. |

As
shown, a mounting adaptor and special nut are provided
with the dial. The shaft of the potentiometer is rotated
counter clockwise to its limit (end stop) then coupled to
the dial (dial must be in the zero position) before
securing the assembly to the panel. |
